Famous American R n B singer, August Alsina has been hospitalised after his auto-immune disease affected his body and temporarily paralysed him.
The singer has talked about the disease before and fans had been worried about him. He finally decided to share his struggles with fans when he was unable to attend an event at New Orleans that was to hold on July 7 because of his health issues.
August Alsina seems to be taking the issues well, saying that he has been undergoing some tests and has had to be hospitalised. He said he just woke up one day and wasn’t able to walk. He went on to tell the story of how he landed at the hospital.
He said “I couldn’t feel my legs, my doctor, he admitted me into the hospital. They are doing a bunch of testing, they said I have some nerve damage going on throughout my whole body. That I have to go on a recovery process for it. But you know, it’s like my immune system just went on a vacation, so I’m just waiting on it to come back and we can get together, and you know, make it do what it do.”
He then showed us his new ‘car’, that was a stroller, saying that it was clean and gets him from point A to Point B. He seems to want to make sure that fans know that his spirit has not been broken by his health issue, even saying that he has got new music coming. He has even been posting videos of himself from the hospital worshipping God.
