Tiffany Haddish isn’t social media’s most favorite person in the world right now. Hot New Hip Hop reported today that Tiffany came under fire from social media users when she wasn’t initially acknowledged by Al Sharpton at George Floyd’s memorial service.
On the 4th of June, there was a massive memorial service for George Floyd and many celebrities attended. However, there was a point at the event that made a lot of people mad. It was related to Al Sharpton’s speech.
The incident in question was when Al Sharpton acknowledged all of the stars in the room including TI, Master P, Ludacris, Tyrese Gibson, and Will Packer. Someone brought it to the reverend’s attention that Tiffany was also present at the event, and he asked, “is Tiffany here?”
Admittedly, it doesn’t appear as though Tiffany complained about not getting a shout-out at the event, but regardless, people on social media were wholly convinced of interpreting it in such a manner. You can check out one of these posts above.
In other news, Tiffany Haddish reportedly confirmed that she and the rapper, Common, were hanging out in self-isolation as a couple. Ashley Mitchell reported at the beginning of May that up until then, neither party confirmed they were dating.
Both of them claimed they were merely friends. However, rumors of their romance intensified when Common was depicted in one of her IG Live sessions. The rapper suddenly appeared in the frame all the while donning gloves and a protective mask.
With all that in mind, it doesn’t come as a big shock to her fans because on the 9th of April, it was revealed that they were hanging out together. Ashley Mitchell reported that Tiffany has been staying at his place, so clearly, there’s something going on between them.
In the past, Tiffany Haddish made her romantic interests abundantly clear, but on occasion, she even found herself in trouble. For instance, she claimed to have had a hookup with the rapper, Chingy, back in the early 2000s, which he vehemently denied.
